Five different ways into the forest — pick one, or better yet, pick three.
The first hour is quiet. The second hour is quieter. Then a tiger walks onto the track like it owns the road — because it does — and you forget you were ever bored.
Most of a safari is waiting. When the moment arrives, it hits different in person. Leave the playlist at home, listen to your guide, and let the forest do its thing.
Tadoba gates sell out fast. The wrong gate means a long drive in the dark. We match your room to the right gates, book your permits early, and plan the timing around your stay — so safari morning is just coffee and a Gypsy.
Nope. We handle room and safari together as one booking. Permits, gates, timing — all sorted before you even pack your bags. Show up, and your jungle seat is already waiting.
Khutwanda Core Gate is a 5-minute drive. Moharli is about 20 minutes. Buffer zones and Navegaon are 25-35 minutes out. Our guides check sighting reports daily and pick the gate that makes the most sense for your dates.
Tadoba has some of the best tiger density in India — blank safaris are rare. But no one can guarantee a sighting because, well, tigers do not take bookings. What you will get regardless: alarm calls, pugmarks, gaur, leopards if you are lucky, and a forest that keeps you glued to your seat.
October to June is peak season. March through June is the sweet spot — the undergrowth thins out, waterholes attract animals, and visibility is at its best. Early mornings and late afternoons are when the forest is most alive.
Earth tones, not white — Tadoba's red dust will find you. A light layer for chilly mornings, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera with a decent zoom. We sort the meals, water, and binoculars. You just bring curiosity.
