The Vanya Dome is priced ₹18,000 onwards per night for 2 guests, including 3 meals each (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Extra persons are charged additionally. Rates may vary during peak safari season (October to June) and festive periods. Taxes are additional. Contact us directly for seasonal pricing and long-stay discounts.
Your stay includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), evening high tea, a welcome drink, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, and access to the farm and common areas.
Safaris, any snacks, agro farm tour and hydroponic, walking in the fruit garden and picking your own fruits, own salad picking and preparation, and transportation (airport and railway transfers) are not included in the stay. These can be arranged at an additional cost — contact us for details.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3 to 6 days are subject to a one-night charge. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance during monsoon season.
The nearest airport is Nagpur (approx. 130 km) and the nearest railway station is Chandrapur. We recommend booking a safari in advance during peak months. Carry light cotton clothing, sturdy footwear, and insect repellent. Our team can arrange transfers from Chandrapur or Nagpur on request.
